I didn’t know Budapest had such a strong cafe culture until I arrived here and witnessed it myself. I shamelessly ate cake every single day during our week-long stay and didn’t worry about gaining any weight because of all the walking and exploring we otherwise did when we weren’t gobbling down the good stuff.
We tried various cakes and coffee at many different places, but this one particular place stood out the most for me. The cakes we tried were not only delicious, but also very affordable.
Albeit tiny with hardly any seating possibilities, the beautiful interior made up for that. A friendly bunch welcomed us with smiles, and we managed to find a little spot for us to enjoy our cakes and coffee for the next hour.
